Meredith Fossel is the Maine State Incentive Grant (SIG) [One ME] Coordinator. She has worked to support local community coalitions doing prevention and health promotion work in Maine since 1996. Prior to coming to Maine, Ms. Fossel worked as a policy analyst and a program evaluator in a variety of programs for the state of Florida. Her program experience includes Health, Child Welfare, Juvenile Justice, Elder Affairs and Medicaid and Mental Health. She holds a B.A. from Northwestern University and an M.S. from Florida State University.

Lee Anne Dodge is currently working as a project officer for the Maine State Incentive Grant, One ME. She also served as the project director of Maine's Underage Drinking Community Coalitions, funded by OJJDP. Before moving to Maine, she worked with the New Hampshire Teen Institute as the Outreach Coordinator. She was a member of the NH Attorney General's Underage Drinking Task Force. Prior to that, Ms. Dodge worked as a residence hall director for 10 years, and facilitated over 350 workshops on: diversity, body image, ethics and leadership. She received her BA from the University of New Hampshire in communications and psychology, and has completed all course work for a master's in elementary education.
