Model Programs Matrix (MS Word Doc) - One ME has developed a list of thirty-two Center for Substance Abuse Prevention (CSAP) model programs for consideration based on the age of the target population of this project, ages 12 to 17. This matrix contains links to the programs’ websites.

Environmental Strategies Matrix (MS Word Doc) - One ME is encouraging coalitions to implement environmental strategies in addition to model programs, if resources permit. Environmental strategies establish or change community standards, codes and attitudes to influence incidence and prevalence of substance abuse. This is a matrix of those strategies. Descriptions and how to access additional information on the strategies can be found on the Western CAPT website .
